Report submitted by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. On 18-12-2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the matter has been called, none represented the petitioners. The report so submitted reflects that the accused persons are not cooperating with the learned trial court and as such warrant of arrest has been issued and the next date has been fixed on 9th August, 2024. Having regard to the fact that there has been non-cooperation from the side of the accused persons, I direct the learned jurisdictional court to exhaust the harsher process of law for ensuring the appearance of the accused persons so that the trial can proceed smoothly. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1390 of 2022 is disposed of.
