The petitioner participated in a recruitment process for the post of Lady Sub-Inspector(UB) and Sub-Inspector(AB) in West Bengal Police held in the year 2020.

Petitioner has prayed for declaring the result of the said recruitment process published by respondent no. 3 on 20th April, 2022 to be bad in law.

In view of the provisions of Section 15 and Section 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this court lacks the jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum on the self-same cause, if permissible in law.
