1. The report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Mohanpur Police Station, Paschim Medimipur, dated 26th March, 2024 is taken on record. It reveals from the report that the missing girl has voluntarily married the private respondent. They have filed an application for registration of their marriage on 23rd March, 2024. The relevant documents including the declaration of the missing girl are disclosed with the report.

2. The missing girl has stated in the declaration that she left her house willingly and she is presently residing with her husband at her matrimonial house.

3. In view of the aforesaid, there is no scope to pass any order in this proceeding.

4. The application being WPA(H) 22 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

5. A copy of the report along with the documents has been served upon the learned advocate on record for the petitioner.
