Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The petitioner's application for transfer is pending consideration before the Head of the Institution. The School is under the administration of the S. I. of Schools, Purulia.

In the above circumstances, the said S.I. of Schools/Head of the Institution shall obtain necessary opinion from the BMOH as regards the petitioner's medical condition and take a suitable decision in accordance with law within a period of one week from date. The BMOH shall furnish opinion within a period of one week from the reference by the Head of the Institution. The petitioner shall make herself available for the examination by the BMOH.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
