Mr. Md. Younush Mondal ....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner wife submits as follows. An order was passed by the learned Magistrate upon an application of the petitioner for maintenance allowance under Section 125 of the Code. The petitioner being aggrieved insufficiency of the said amount challenged the order in revision. Another revision was filed by the husband/opposite party challenging the same order. Both the revisions are pending since 2023. The petitioner is praying for an order of expeditious disposal. No prejudice would b e caused to anyone if an order is passed without serving notice as the petitioner has only prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

It appears that both the husband and the wife have challenged the same order granting an amount as maintenance allowance. Let the learned revisional court decide the two revisional applications filed by the husband and the wife together in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
