Trial is in progress. Out of 43 prosecution witnesses 8 witnesses stands examined at the trial. 6.

In such circumstances, the petitioner prays for relaxation with regard to the conditions imposed by order dated 01.04.2024 requiring the petitioner 'not to enter the district of Murshidabad and the condition requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Kaliganj Police Station once in a week' are waived.

All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
