Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the order of issuance of proclamation of warrant of arrest is under challenge before the Revisional Court. The petitioner is involved in the present incident.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that there are five several criminal cases against the petitioner and in fact the petitioner stands charge-sheeted in respect thereto.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the petitioner stands charge-sheeted in five criminal cases, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1932 of 2022 is dismissed.
