Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for expediting the process of Criminal Motion No. 14 of 2023 as the lower court records have been called by the Revisional Court and the petitioner is unable to get any relief so far as the execution proceedings are concerned. .

Learned advocate submits that the revisional application is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, 1st court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. The learned revisional court is directed to dispose of the revisional application being Criminal Motion No. 14 of 2023 on or before 15th May, 2024. To that extent, the learned revisional court will be at liberty to fix as many dates as it intends to fix for the purposes of giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the parties, but will not stretch the timeline as has been directed above.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1254 of 2024 is disposed of.
