No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 1399 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Karandighi Police Station Case No. 232 of 2022 dated 02.05.2022 under Sections 448/ 341/ 323/ 325/ 326/ 307/ 379/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Md. Adik & ors.

...... petitioners Mr. Mujibar Ali Naskar, Md. Habibur Rahman ....for the petitioners Mr. Tanmoy Kr. Ghosh, Mr. Asraf Mondal ....for the State All the four petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault resulting in grievous hurt to at least one of the victims of the assault. Three persons in aggregate apparently received injuries.

Considering the complicity of the petitioners in the incident of assault and considering the nature of injuries suffered, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1399 of 2023 is rejected.
