It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is a civil suit between the private parties. An order was passed by the civil Court. Private opposite parties preferred an appeal. Such appeal was rejected.

The very contention that there is a civil dispute between the private parties re-emphasizes the need for grant of anticipatory bail as contended by the learned Sessions Judge.

In such circumstances, we find no material irregularity in the impugned order.

CRM 3099 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
