Inadvertent typographical error crept in judgment dated 10th June, 2025.

In 4th line of 12th Paragraph of the judgment dated 10th June, 2025 "learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in M.A.C. Case No. 100 of 2016" shall be read as "Learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, cum Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Howrah in MAC Case No. 321 of 2013 ".

Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in judgment dated 10th June, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
