Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client does not wish to press the writ petition and seeks leave to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

Hence, WPA 8860 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to institute fresh proceedings on the self-same cause of action. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
