1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners made a representation to the Investigating Officer of Jagatballavpur Police Station in respect of FIR No. 44 of 2023 and FIR No. 50 of 2023 dated 13th March, 2023. They only pray that the Investigating Officer of the case should consider their representation in course of the investigation.

3. Counsel for the State submits that FIR No. 50 of 2023 dated 13th March, 2023 has been investigated and charge-sheet has been filed.

4. This Court is of the view that since FIR No. 44 of 2023 is still pending consideration, the Investigating Officer of the case may in his discretion consider the petitioners' representation dated 13th March, 2023 in course of investigation of FIR No. 44 of 2023.

5. The petitioners do not press any other prayers in these proceedings. With liberty reserved to the take

appropriate proceedings in accordance with law in this regard. The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
