1. In terms of previous order dated 23rd April, 2025 a report is filed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purulia on 16th June, 2025 and same is taken on record.

2. It appears from report dated 16th June, 2025 that last transfer application of the petitioner dated 23rd August, 2022 was made on medical ground since petitioner was suffering from gynecological disorder. School authority where petitioner was working forwarded the transfer application to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purulia being respondent no. 5 and thereafter respondent no. 5 sought medical report from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health, Purulia on 29th August, 2022. But it is stated in the report, till date, medical report has not been

furnished by the concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health.

Considering the transfer application preferred by the petitioner on portal respondent no. 5 is directed to obtain medical report from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health, Purulia by 4 (four) weeks from the date of communication of this order on medical examination of the petitioner. In the medical report CMOH/Medical Board is required to opine considering present health condition of the petitioner whether she is required to avoid long distance journey or not. If medical report justifies transfer of the petitioner respondent no. 5 shall forward transfer application and medical report to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission by fortnight thereafter. On receipt of transfer application and medical report respondent no. 4 shall decide the same in accordance with law by 4 (four) weeks thereafter and the decision to be communicated to the petitioner by fortnight thereafter.

4. It is made clear that suspension of portal shall not be a ground to reject transfer application of the petitioner.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of.
