Kutubuddin, ... for the State In this revisional application, the petitioner has challenged an F.I.R being Kharagpur (Town) Police Station Case No. 95 of 2021 dated February 22, 2021, under Sections 188/341/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In course of hearing today, it has been submitted by Ms. Sukanya Bhattacharyya learned advocate for the State, that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not aware of the filing of the charge sheet. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, the learned advocate for the petitioner does not want to press the instant application.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 988 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioner, however, will be at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if he is so aggrieved.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
