Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a renewal of application of anticipatory bail. There is a change in circumstance. Now, a charge-sheet has been submitted. A co-accused has been granted bail. 2.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that there is no change in circumstance. 3.

It appears that by an order dated January 24, 2024, passed by a Division Bench in CRM(A) 5122 of 2023, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was turned down. 4.

The submission of charge-sheet is a natural consequence in a criminal proceeding and is not a change in circumstance. Pertinently, the charges have remained the same as in the FIR. 5.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to entertain the second application without any change in circumstance. 6.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM(A) 1159 of 2025 is dismissed.
