This matter has come at the instance of the petitioners for clarification of the order dated 30th July, 2020.

In the said order we had observed that "in the event the petitioners file an application for regular bail, after surrender, the trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law". The word "trial Court" should read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah". Time to surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate is extended for a fortnight from date. The order dated 30th July, 2020 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. Other portions of the said order shall remain same. It is made clear that the aforesaid application shall not be shown as pending.
