Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the victim was recovered. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates the petitioner amongst other persons.

The materials in the case diary discloses requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner. Therefore, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1933 of 2022 is dismissed.
