In spite of service none appears for the State or the school authorities.

The petitioner is a specially abled person and had applied for transfer sometime in the year 2025. The said application for transfer was not considered and was kept pending by the school authority as they had not issued the requisite NOC to enable the transfer of the petitioner. 4.

In spite of an order dated 23.04.2025 of this Hon'ble Court, there is no representation on behalf of the school nor has the report as called for by the aforestated order, been filed. However, at the time of hearing Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury appearing for the petitioner produced a communication dated 29.04.2025 which is kept on record evincing that the school had already submitted the requisite documents to the concerned DI.

The concerned DI is directed to immediately dispose of the application of transfer of the petitioner on the basis of the documents furnished by the school by June 30, 2026.

The school authority is directed to submit its NOC signifying its consent to the transfer of the petitioner immediately by May 15, 2026, if not already furnished to the concerned DI.

With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the petitioner upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
