The affidavit of service filed in Court today is kept with the record.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the show-cause notice issued by the respondent authorities dated February 23, 2026 wherein it is alleged that the petitioner has violated the terms and conditions of the show-cause notice by not transferring the ownership and the PESO licence of the vehicle in question with four months from the date of receipt of the LOA.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the registration of the vehicle as well as PESO licence has already been transferred in the name of the petitioner and the petitioner has already submitted the detailed reply disclosing all the documents to the authorities. 4.

Considering the above, this Court directs the respondent authorities, particularly, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to

consider the reply submitted by the petitioner along with the documents and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

WPA 8086 of 2026 is disposed of.

As the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Motion' without calling any affidavit, the allegation made in the writ petition deemed to have been denied.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
