The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Shyampur Police Station against the private respondents.

The private respondents are alleged to have obstructed free ingress and egress out of the petitioner's property.

Police submitted a report dated 02.05.2022, which is taken on record.

It appears that the allegation of the petitioner as regards the obstruction is not substantiated from the police enquiry.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is, otherwise, civil in nature. Appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out.

The Shyampur Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. 7.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of. 8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
