There has been delay of one month, according to Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor. The investigation has been completed and charge sheet being Nischinda PS Charge Sheet No. 103/2022 dated 30.04.2022 under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC has been filed against three persons. It is submitted that the petitioner did not cooperate in the investigation. This allegation is denied by the petitioner.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. There shall be no order as to costs.
