1. The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice issued by the respondent authorities on the allegation that the petitioner has not complied with the terms and conditions of the letter of acceptance by transferring the ownership and the PESO license of the vehicles of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of letter of acceptance.

2. The petitioner submits that ownership of the vehicle as well as PESO license has already been transferred in the name of the petitioner and prays for filing supplementary reply to the show cause notice by disclosing all the documents in the supplementary reply.

3. Considering the above the petitioner is given liberty to disclose all the documents by way of a supplementary reply to the show cause notice to the respondent authorities within a period of one week from date and if any supplementary reply is filed by the petitioner

alongwith the documents, respondent no 2 and 3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

5. W.P.A. 8079 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
