We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Vulnerable witness is proposed to be examined on 15th April, 2024.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
