1. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the order of demolition has been challenged by the person responsible for making construction before the statutory forum. The appeal is still pending.

2. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

3. In the event the appeal stands dismissed , then it will be open for the petitioner to file fresh application for implementation of the order of demolition.

4. Urgent certified photocopy of this judgment, if applied for, be supplied to the parties or their advocates on record expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
