1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereafter 'the Code') praying for police help for implementation of an order of injunction passed on February 28, 2025 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Additional Court, Diamond Harbour, South 24Parganas in Title Suit No.53 of 2025 as also other pending interlocutory applications.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners invites attention of this Court to an order dated August 11, 2025 passed in C.O. 2895 of 2025, whereby a coordinate Bench of this Court had requested the learned Trial Court to take up hearing of the application under Section 151 of the Code praying for police help for implementation of the order of injunction as aforesaid on August 14, 2025, if the same was otherwise ready for hearing

and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. It is submitted that despite such order having been passed, the said application still remains pending.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with a notice on the opposite parties is being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

4. Having heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record this Court once again requests the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Additional Court, Diamond Harbour, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the said application under Section 151 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably on the next date fixed as to ensure that the petitioners are not required to travel to this Court again seeking the same relief of expeditious disposal of the said application.

5. Learned Trial Court is also requested to dispose of the other pending applications as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit.

6. C.O. 1186 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously upon completion of all formalities.
