The revisional application has been preferred in respect of petition no.204 of 2013 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 6.2.2013 passed therein. In view of the time limit prescribed under the provisions of Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the opinion that the application before the Learned Executive Magistrate being petition no.204 of 2013 has become infrustuous and the same is, therefore, quashed.

The revisional application being CRR 681 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
