Mr. Shaunak Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, insofar as the obligation of the alleged contemnor is concerned, the direction of this Court stands complied with by him.

Mr. Atreya Chakraborty, learned counsel appears for the alleged contemnor.

On the prayer of Mr. Shaunak Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering his submissions this Court is of the view that if the

petitioners are of the opinion that the other direction in the subject order has not been complied with by any other authority, the petitioners shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.

Nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

Rule, issued, stands discharged.

Accordingly, WBCRC 124 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

The contempt proceeding, WPCRC 124 of 2025 stands disposed of.
