The report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman dated 12.10.2023 stated that the G.R. Case No. 762 of 2008 arising out of Durgapur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2008 dated 02.09.2008 has been disposed of on 15.02.2014, whereby the petitioner No.2 i.e. Abani Das @ Abani has been acquitted of the charges framed under Section 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Let the said be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
