Case No. 578 of 2023 dt. 12.10.2013.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner has prayed for interference with the order of warrant, proclamation and attachment so issued by the ld. Special Judge under NDPS Act -cum- Addl. District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Murshidabad.

Having considered that the report so submitted reflects that on 15.01.24, the proclamation order was executed on 17.03.24 and there has been execution of the attachment order, I do not find any ground to interfere with

the process so issued and the prayer so advanced before this court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1262 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
