The complaint which has been enclosed along with the revisional application is a Photostat copy which do not contain the seal of the court or the notary who was supposed to affirm the affidavit on each and every page. The complaint is full of hand written insertions and scribblings. Such copy at the very inception should not have been allowed to be filed. The complaint is the foundation of the subject matter of challenge before this court. Having regard to the same, I dismiss this revisional application granting liberty to the petitioners to file afresh. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 998 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous on the limited grounds as stated above. Department is directed to return the certified copy of the orders of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, 24 Parganas(South) on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy. As directed earlier, petitioners would be at liberty to file afresh enclosing a fresh set of certified copies in resect of the subject matter of challenge relating to the Complaint Case No. being A. C No.1947 of

2020.
