1. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities to take steps under the provision of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955.

2. The said Act being a specified Act, the writ petition cannot be entertained by the Court at this stage.

3. The petitioner ought to approach the learned Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal for relief.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition cannot be allowed.

5. The same stands dismissed.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
