1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be taken on record.
2. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that this revisional application was filed challenging the order of taking cognizance at the initial stage but at this stage trial of this case has already been advanced by recording evidence therein.
4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not want to press with this revisional application and also prays for giving necessary direction upon the trial Court to dispose of the trial expeditiously.
5. Accordingly, the revisional application stands
dismissed being not pressed.
6. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court Cum Special Judge under SC and ST Act, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferable within six months without giving any adjournment save and except special exigency.
7. All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
