Report as called for by the order dated April 28, 2022 filed in Court be taken on record.

It appears from the report that the case stands transferred to the 1st Fast Track Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad. The next date is fixed on May 30, 2022.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the fact that the case stands committed and transferred to the Court as noted above, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1119 of 2022 is dismissed.
