The petitioner complains that the private respondents are obstructing them from cultivating on their land.

The private respondents are represented. Mr.

Mukherjee, Learned counsel for the private respondents, submits that his clients are co-sharers along with the writ petitioner in the same property. 3.

There are disputes and differences between the parties before the BL&LRO and the other authorities under the WBLR Act.

The aforesaid facts have been suppressed in the writ petition.

Rampurhat Police has drawn up proceedings under section 107 of the CrPC against the private respondents.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the parties is civil and statutory in nature and appropriate remedies in that regard may be sought in accordance with law. The property in question is undemarcated.

Rampurhat Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. 8.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Rampurhat Police Station dated 17th April, 2023 is taken on record. 11.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
