And In Re : Samir Das @ Voltu Das @ Boltu Das ...... petitioner Mr. Rana Mukherjee Mr. Riddhiman Mukherjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Ms. Purnima Ghosh ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police dated November 1, 2020 and considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1408 of 2023 is dismissed.
