Let the said report along with the copy of the death certificate of the appellant be kept on record. The personal appearance of Mr. Gopal Biswas, Inspector-in-Charge, Paschim Medinipore present in court today be dispensed with.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed of.
