Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated February 8, 2021 passed in CRM 408 of 2021, the evidence of the victim girl was recorded. He submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioner, the prayer for bail should be allowed. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the evidence of the victim girl. He submits that the victim girl is nine years of age. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated February 8,

2021 passed in CRM 408 of 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1121 of 2022 is dismissed.
