By the order impugned, the learned District Judge, Dakshin Dinajpur dismissed the miscellaneous appeal thereby affirming the order passed by the learned Trial Judge rejecting the application for temporary injunction.

After some arguments, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays that the direction be passed upon the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit expeditiously. She further submits that the suit is at the stage of evidence.

In view of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 1217 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.15 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The petitioners are directed to forward a copy of this application along with this order to the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.
