07.07.2023 rpan / 16 CRR 1139 of 2011 + IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2011 (Old No.: CRAN 1390 of 2011) + IA No.: CRAN 6 of 2015 (Old No.: CRAN 366 of 2015) Anil Agarwal & Others - Versus - State of West Bengal & Another In compliance with the order dated 9th April, 2023 administrative notice was issued and tried to serve upon the petitioners, who as per the report filed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Calcutta could not be traced as they were not residing at the recorded addresses.

None appears for the petitioners.

Record reveal that by an order dated 22nd December, 2014 the interim order granted earlier was extended till four weeks after the ensuing Christmas Vacation or until further orders which ever was earlier. CRAN 6 of 2015 (Old No.: CRAN 366 of 2015) was filed praying for an extension of the interim order, which, however, was not moved. Under such circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to proceed with the adjudication of the complaint case pending before it and conclude the same. In view thereof, the instant revisional application and the connected applications are disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court for compliance.
