The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, is required to be disposed of. The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed against order dated 10.11.2009 by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri being G.R. Case No. 769/2003 in connected with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 153/2003 dated 13.06.2003 under Section 493/419 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the petition as well as the impugned order, this court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
