1. The order dated 29th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the eighth line of paragraph three on page two of the order dated 29th April, 2024, the expression "Treasury Officer, Barrackpore-II" shall stand corrected to read as "Treasury Officer, Diamond Harbour".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 29th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 29th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
