D.Hira None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 02.12.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. This revision is to challenge the proceedings in G.R. Case No. 1508 of 2006 under Section 420/471 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court at Calcutta. The petitioner has been alleged of committing deception and cheating by submitting fake documents in bank to secure a loan of a huge sum of money as much as Rs.162.5 lakhs. Allegedly a sum of Rs.23,76,000/- has been siphoned of from the bank account in which the present petitioner is involved.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 756 of 2015 is dismissed.
