D.Hira None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 02.12.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 16th December, 2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 4th Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in M Case No. 360 of 2014. The proceedings before the Court is under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and by dint of the impugned order the Court directed the petitioner to pay a total sum of Rs.3,500/- as interim maintenance to the opposite party/wife and the two children of the parties.

Being aggrieved with the same, the petitioner filed this revision case.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 757 of 2015 is dismissed.
