Today, when the writ petition has been called, at the inception, on behalf of the State, a report has been handed over, which reflects that Maidan P.S. Case No. 281/125(a) of the BNS has been registered against the driver of the offending vehicle.

In view of the petitioner's

grievance being subserved for the present, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7913 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
