...for the appellants We have perused the order of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 8th April, 2021.

The appeal is preferred against an order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), in a suit valued at Rs.100100/-. The instant appeal is, accordingly, not maintainable before this Court in view of Section 21(1)a of the Bengal, Agra and Assam, Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000.

The appeal, accordingly, stands dismissed.

The appellants shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate Court, if so advised.
