The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with N.D.P.S. Case S.T.No.06 (03)/2020 arising out of South Port Police Station Case No. 198 of 2019 dated 21.10.2019 under Sections 20(b)(ii)( C )/29 of the N. D. P. S. Act. The Advocate-on-record of the petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within four weeks from date. Subject to such undertaking, the instant application is taken up for hearing.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
