This instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 read with Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the proceeding arising out of Gangarampur P.S. Case No.120/07 under Sections 406/ 468/ 417/ 419/ 420/ 471/ 120B/ 165/ 167(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not willing to proceed with this matter and to that extent, a written instruction has been filed before this Court. Let the same be kept with the record. In view of the above facts and circumstances, let the matter be dismissed as non-prosecution.

No costs.
