The revisional application was preferred challenging the FIR of Phoolbagan Police Station Case No. 35 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023. Pursuant to the earlier order dated 05.12.2023, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report. Let the said report dated 03.01.2024 be kept on record. The said report reflects that charge-sheet was submitted on 29.05.2023 and the next date was fixed by the learned ACJM, Sealdah on 29.09.2023 and thereafter on 06.01.2024.

Having regard to the change of circumstances from the stage when the revisional application was preferred before this Court and the stage which is existing today, I am of the view that no interference can be made because of the changed circumstances. The petitioners are granted liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage after receipt of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1195 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
