As per Section 29 of the Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act, the impugned order is appealable. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Court seeking appropriate relief.
